We now offer two delivery options: Standard and Priority.

UK Orders

1st Class Post is made by Royal Mail 1st Class Post and is available for orders under 2kg.

Priority delivery is available for all orders and is for delivery by overnight courier (subject to stock). Additional charges may be made for deliveries to NI, CI and Scottish Highlands & Islands.

Non-UK Orders

1st Class Post is made by Airmail Small Packet and is available for orders under 2kg.

Priority delivery is available for all orders and is made by TNT (or similar) International Courier (3-5 days).

The carriage method for your order will depend on the value, physical size and delivery destination of your order. We use Royal Mail and APC Overnight or TNT courier services.

If you need your order urgently, or if you require an alternative service, please contact us and we will discuss the available options and prices.

Postal Strike

During a Postal Strike(s) we will only despatch Courier orders. If you select postal delivery, we shall post your order on the first working day following the end of the strike. For example, if strike action finishes on Thursday, we shall despatch on Friday (subject to availability). However, please be aware that your parcel may be delayed due to the additional volume of items at sorting offices. This is beyond our control and we therefore advise you to select courier delivery for any time-critical goods.

VAT Increase

VAT increased to 20% on 4 January 2011. All orders are processed at the VAT rate prevailing at the time the order is placed. Unfortunately we are unable to back-date orders to take advantage of lower VAT rates. Please note that VAT is a Tax (e.g. not retained by us) on our selling price and not a change in the price we charge.

Christmas 2012 Last Orders and Deliveries

The last order date for pre-Christmas 2012 delivery is Friday 21 December 2012 for Standard Delivery by 1st Class Post and Friday 21 December 2012 (for delivery Monday 24 December) for Priority Delivery. All deliveries are subjec to to stock availability - please order early to avoid disappointment.

International deliveries have an earlier deadline. Details are available from the Royal Mail website at www2.royalmail.com/greetings.
